FOUR ON O is a six-storey residential development located in Sea Point, designed by Paragon for local developer Blok as part of their 'Blok Raw' collection. Developed on a prominent corner site in Seapoint, Cape Town, this building responds effectively to its dense, walkable urban environment through a compact footprint, efficient planning, and an architecturally expressive use of materials.
The development offers a variety of apartment types, including studios, one-bedroom units, and two-bedroom simplex and duplex configurations. These are centred around a single, efficient core that maximises floor area and improves vertical circulation. The units are designed to take full advantage of Sea Point's stunning views, with layouts oriented to frame key sights of Lion's Head, Signal Hill, and the Atlantic Ocean, all while optimising natural light and ventilation.
